Jamie Tomassetti is a web designer turned cheesemonger. She opened Spread Cheese Co. in downtown Middletown with her sister Lindsey in 2019. Their mission was and remains to share the flavors and stories of artisan cheese with their community. Jamie’s days always begin with a deep contemplation on “what’s for dinner?” She defines herself as a foodie and frequently experiments with curious pairings.
